A WARM WELCOME TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS

May I offer you a warm welcome to my customers old and new, homeopathic students, and those interested in natural healthcare for both family and pets.

Back in 1965, my dear dad, a family GP based in Manchester announced to my family that he would be taking a course in a traditional natural medicine called homeopathy and that this medicine was based upon the principles 'like cures like'. He went on to explain that it was like taking the hair of the dog that bit you.

We were all very excited by this new approach to healing and so began my adventure with homeopathy and I started to take small pillules whenever the opportunity arose, for every possible ache or pain cough or cold.

My father was thrilled by this new medicine even my mother became the dispenser at the NHS practice for the homeopathic medicine handed out by my dad, Arthur and soon we realised not only could he now help people who had been struggling with long-term ailments and very quickly many of the NHS patients were asking for this new treatment!

The word had got around the neighbourhood and my fathers practice enlarged to reflect his newfound success in healing people.

I was inspired by my father to study Homeopathy, having seen his great success with homeopathy within his NHS medical practice in the 1960’s until his death in 1981; when i inherited three precious books Kents Repertory, Boerickes Materia Medica and Margaret Tylers Homeopathic Drug pictures. I read them and reread them time and time again until they became just like old friends. They became the foundation of my life for the next 40 years.

I trained in homeopathy at the North West College of Homeopathy Manchester and Soluna school in Derbyshire and qualified in 1989. I spent a further year sitting in with experienced homeopaths, honing my skills as a homeopath and opened my clinic doors.

To the many families looking to improve their healthcare needs, I endeavour to offer treatment with a caring and professional approach .

I am a keen tennis player and sports person with a deep love for water colouring and have developed skills in art therapy and counselling alongside my classical homeopathy.
